You will need 2 jiffy bags in total. One for sending the pack out to participants and a second for allowing them to return it to you. On the second jiffy bag, add postage stamp/label and your own address, fold and place inside plastic wallet. When the pack is ready to go, put plastic wallet with tools inside the first jiffy bag, add postage stamp/label and participant’s address.
